Please ensure the following for your day of service
- Easy access into, and out of, the property for my truck and trailer.
- Easy access to a functional water spigot.
- Refrain from using the washing machine, dishwasher, shower, or any other "high demand" use of water during the service.
- Any gates leading around the home are unlocked for access.
- Any pets, or other yard animals, are put up either inside or at least 50' from the area being serviced.
- All windows/doors are closed, and locked (locking ensures a tight seal).
- If you suspect a window or door may have a minor leak
- Notify me immediately.
- Place a damp light colored or junky bath towel along the area of concern.
- Wash the cloth and wipe the area with a damp rag afterwards.
- If possible, cut power to any and all exterior electrical sockets and/or electrical fixtures (lights, ceiling fans, etc.). Shut off the breaker if possible.
- Any potted plants, furniture, grills, decorative items, electronics, vehicles, and non-permanent landscape items are moved approximately 15' from the areas to be serviced.
- Minimize entering and exiting the house for both yourself, family, friends, and pets during service (detergents can stain clothing, as well as other trip hazards may be present).
- If you are concerned about any delicate plants/bushes/landscaping
- Notify me immediately.
- Water the area well the evening, or morning, prior to service.
- Water the area the evening after the service.
- For extra protection a chemical neutralizer can be sprayed afterwards for a small fee upon request.
...And if you have a dog, I would REALLY appreciate a 15' section of any grass to be cleared of any "piles" around the areas to be serviced. Asking for both my footwear, as well as the 200' of hose that I drag around behind me and then have to reel back up by hand after the job. Thank you!
